Who we are
The Tualatin Girls Wrestling Foundation is a newly established nonprofit dedicated to advancing opportunities for girls in the Tualatin wrestling community. Serving athletes from kindergarten through high school—and supporting those who pursue wrestling beyond graduation—the Foundation champions equitable access, athlete development, and long-term participation in the sport.
Founded by mother–daughter duo Remington Lee, a former wrestler and long-time community leader, and Kale Lee, a current Tualatin wrestler at both Tualatin Youth Wrestling and Hazelbrook Middle School, the Foundation was created to ensure that every girl in Tualatin has the resources, support, and encouragement needed to succeed.
Our work focuses on reducing barriers to entry, providing athlete scholarships and essential gear, supporting girls-specific programming, mentoring new athletes, and building a strong, sustainable culture of inclusion within the local wrestling community.
We believe that when girls are given the chance to step onto the mat with confidence, they gain skills and strength that last a lifetime.
